The first integrated smart township “Devas” starts its journey on December 2nd, 2014. The inaugural program was performed with Vastu Puja, Ishan Puja & Yagma and was blessed by Sri Sri 108 Swami Rashbehari Das Kathia Babaji Maharaj, Swami Sadhanandaji Maharaj and Swami Mrinmoyanandaji Maharaj of Bharat Sevashram Sangha in presence of many other dignitaries.

The physical possession has been given to Creations followed by a formal letter vide No. SDA-267/TMC/Pt/2008-09/137 dtd. 30-10-2014 along with a Site Map.

The Power of Attorney in original and a certified copy of Deed of Agreement has been handed over to the proprietor, Creations vide letter no. SDA-267/TMC/Pt/2008-2009/132 dtd.

A Deed of Agreement between the Chairman, Silchar Development Authority, Silchar and the proprietor, Creations was executed followed by a Power of Attorney by the Chairman, Silchar Development Authority, Silchar executed in favour of the proprietor, Creations and both was registered on 30th September, 2014.

The Chairman, Silchar Development Authority, Silchar invited the proprietor, Creations in a meeting for finalisation of the terms and conditions of the deed of agreement and power of attorney which was also attended by the Deputy Director, Town and Country Planning, Silchar, legal advisor to Silchar Development Authority and AEE, Silchar Development Authority. After a threadbare discussions on each of the terms and conditions of the draft agreement and power of attorney and with additions and alterations of clauses, a final draft of the deed of agreement and power of attorney is made and the same was unanimously accepted.

The proprietor, Creations submitted a draft for formulation of / framing the terms and conditions of the agreement.

The Chairman, Silchar Development Authority, Silchar intimated the proprietor, Creations regarding the acceptance of the project proposal submitted by Creations in the 71st Board meeting of Silchar Development Authority, Silchar held on 23rd July, 2014 and invited him to submit a draft for formulation of / framing the terms and conditions of the agreement.

In the 71st Board meeting of Silchar Development Authority held in the office premise of Silchar Development Authority, Silchar, it was unanimously resolved to consider the project submitted by the proprietor, Creations by the authority and accordingly the Board authorized the Chairman, Silchar Development Authority, Silchar to proceed with the scheme as early as possible and to take necessary further steps for implementation of the project for the interest of Silchar Development Authority and people at large.

A detailed project report, estimate and proposal were submitted to the Chairman, Silchar Development Authority, and Silchar by the proprietor, Creations.

A minutes of the meeting held on 20th August, 2013 was issued to the proprietor of Creations vide memo no. SDA-267/TMC/Pt/2008-2009/108 dtd. 29-08-2013.

A meeting in respect of the proposed township was held in presence of the Chairman and Executive Engineer, Silchar Development Authority in the office chamber of the Chairman, Silchar Development Authority which was attended by the proprietor of Creations along with other promoters / builders / consultants / interested persons. After a threadbare discussion, it was unanimously decided that the interested parties will submit their detailed project reports, estimates and proposals for their projects within 30th October, 2013 after proper survey of the site so that a comparative statement may be placed before the next Board meeting. A key map and Site plan was circulated by the Executive Engineer, Silchar Development Authority to the to the builders / promoters and others present in the meeting.

The Chairman, Silchar Development Authority, Silchar invited the proprietor of Creations to attend his office on 20th August, 2013 for discussion regarding the matter of proposed township vide letter no. SDA-267/TMC/Pt/2008-2009/105 dtd. 16-08-2013.

A formal letter submitted to the Chairman, Silchar Development Authority, Silchar by the proprietor of Creations expressing his interest and willingness for the project.

The proprietor of Creations attended the office and met the Chairman, Silchar Development Authority, Silchar expressing his willingness for the project.

The Chairman, Silchar Development Authority, Silchar advertised in the leading daily newpapers of Silchar inviting the interested promoters / persons for construction of apartments / township on their 6 Bighas of land near Tarapur market complex and Silchar Doordrshan Kendra.
